PITMAN, NJ (January 30, 2002)---  K-Tron modular volumetric feeders in single screw and twin screw models are designed to handle a wide range of materials.

Modular volumetric feeders offer flexibility for quick production changeover by exchanging feed screws/ tubes or hopper size.  

The all stainless steel NEMA 4 (IP 65) feeder design offers easy cleaning and quick disassembly for material changes. 

 Twin screw feeder models accurately feed hard-to-flow-materials.  Single and twin screw models are available in rates from 1.4 to 558 cubic ft./hour (40 –15,800 cubic dm/ hour).

 K-Tron’s Digi-Drive microprocessor controls offer closed loop motor control, delivering control accuracy within +/- 1 RPM.

The Digi-Drive controller offers programmable alarms and a user-friendly operator interface.  Most volumetric models can be delivered in two weeks.
