K-Tron Vibratory Feeders Use Patented Technology to Provide Accurate Loss-in-weight Feeding
| PITMAN, NJ (January 7, 2006) -- K-Tron’s loss-in-weight vibratory feeders utilize a vibratory drive featuring patented resonant frequency technology, assuring more precise control of material flow. In combination with Smart Force Transducer weighing and SmartConnex KCM control technology, K-Tron's vibratory loss-in-weight feeders offer a high level of feeding accuracy, over a wider feed rate range, than previously attainable by a vibratory device. Model KV2 can feed from 0.07 to 88 cubic feet/ hour and model KV3can feed from 1.2 to 300 cubic feet/hour, based on vibratory tray size and adjustments. The enhanced electronic control system provides a quick response to changing feed and environmental conditions. It also offers improved pert detection and self-tuning and features easier to use operator parameters. |
