We recognize that not every organization or person has the same training needs. In an effort to meet all of our customer's needs, we have developed 2 training strategies.
Our in-house seminars are conducted at our training center, using the self-paced method of learning. This type of training allows the participants to work at their own pace. They perform demonstrations and troubleshoot real problems on a workstation that is set-up just for them. The instructor guides the participants and acts as a facilitator.
Our on-site seminars are conducted at your facility, using the instructor-led classrom method of learning. The information is presented in the form of lecture and equipment demonstrations. One workstation, per feeder type, is supplied for the entire group.
Whether the training is held at our training center or at your plant, the reference materials and the demonstration equipment are customized to the specifications of your application.
